I found the location of this hotel very convenient as it was close to both the city centre and a beautiful castle. Additionally, the staff was very helpful from the moment I arrived, even offering me an upgrade. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the reception was slightly slow, but this did not detract from my overall experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable and comfortable stay with great amenities.

The communal area was lovely, with a nice foyer and bar. Conveniently located for everything Nottingham city has to offer, including the city centre, castle, pubs, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room itself was lovely, and the bar/dining area was spacious and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The tea and coffee facilities in the room were of a high quality, allowing us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The temperature control in the room was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The sleep aids provided were a nice touch, helping us relax and get a good night's sleep. Everything in the hotel was clean and tidy, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Rooms were uncomfortably hot, even with the fan provided. Outdated bathroom with towels changed daily despite being hung up.

The value for money at St James Hotel; BW Premier Collection was excellent. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with Nottingham Castle and the famous pub "Trip to Jerusalem" just a short walk away.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more vegetarian options available.
