I recently stayed at a mind-blowing hotel in a jaw-dropping location. The staff were super friendly, especially Andrea, who made me feel most welcome. The fresh, locally caught seafood at dinner was absolutely delicious. And let's not forget about breakfast - the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were out of this world. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful surroundings and there are plenty of amazing walks right on your doorstep. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and had stunning sea views. The hotel also offers good Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected. my stay was absolutely fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Northmavine area of Shetland. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a charming rustic feel with furniture that had character. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked options that were served on hot plates. it was great value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this beautiful area.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located near a wildlife sanctuary, allowing us to easily explore the natural beauty of the area. We enjoyed a short walk to a delightful bay where we were able to watch seals playing. The location also provided easy access to other attractions such as Eshaness and Heylor, as well as offering lovely walking opportunities right from the hotel's doorstep.

The lack of drawer space in the room was a minor inconvenience.

Historic location with helpful staff. Bountiful breakfasts. Newly decorated rooms. Friendly and motivated management. Plentiful and high-quality food. Magnificent bay views. Close to otter set and spectacular walks. a unique place I highly recommend.

What a gem we found on our city break! the views from this hotel were fantastic, and the food was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed fresh, locally caught seafood every day and the breakfasts were enormous. the staff were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and taking in the beautiful scenery.

While the location was great for exploring, it was a bit of a trek to get to the other main settlements in the area. some parts of the hotel could use a bit of sprucing up, with some flaking paint and missing wood.

The location of this hotel is excellent and was the perfect base for touring and walking the Northmavine area of Shetland. The rooms were a good size and comfortably furnished with a fine view overlooking the bay. The breakfast was enough to last you till evening, complete with lots of fruit and croissants.

The hotel was significantly understaffed with a child being used to clear tables, which was not ideal.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a remote but beautiful location, and it turned out to be one of our family favorites. the St Magnus Bay Hotel has a lot of character and is set in a stunning setting. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. the hosts, Paul and Andrea, were extremely welcoming and provided us with a wealth of information about Shetland. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend this hotel.
