I had a wonderful stay at this charming guest house. The location was perfect, with Market Square and all the facilities just a short walk away. The room was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed, including tea and snacks. I enjoyed unwinding in the room, reading a good book and taking in the beautiful view of the town surrounded by hills. The concierge, John, was a delightful host, providing me with maps, leaflets. He shared the fascinating history of the area with me, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this guest house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom could use some updates, with a separate toilet and shower that felt a bit awkward. The shower water pressure was also quite low.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our new year getaway. We were within walking distance of the famous white cliffs and a short stroll from the town's best restaurants. the hotel's staff were great in providing us with information on the best places to visit. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the daily refresh of fresh linen. the tea and coffee making facilities were also a plus, making it easy to enjoy a warm drink at any time.

Our room was quite noisy at night due to the nearby road traffic. This disrupted our sleep and made it difficult to relax.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - close to the castle, shopping, pubs, and even the Dover cliffs. We were able to explore everything on foot! Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. And lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved having a book to read before bed.

Everything was absolutely fine and there was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
