We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the lodges was exceptional and the beds were very comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a restaurant offering delicious and reasonably priced food. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to cater to our special dietary needs, ensuring that breakfast was more than satisfactory. The location was perfect, nestled in nature with beautiful walks to the nearby black mountain, yet still only a short distance from the city centre. We found it very easy to get around, either using an app or by calling a taxi. Additionally, the hotel had ample free parking for guests.

Had an amazing city break at a quiet lodge set in beautiful surroundings. the room was spacious, clean and well-designed with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. the staff was friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed the great continental breakfast which was included in the price, along with amenities like a water heater, fridge, sofa, hangers.

During our stay at Standing Stones Lodge, we had a wonderful glamping experience in the cute little wooden pods. Despite their small size, they were equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a water heater, clean toilet, shower unit, and even a fridge and sofa. The view from the pods was amazing, with skyline views while relaxing in bed. We also enjoyed the lamb roast dinner, which was generous in portion and delicious. it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.

I found that the staff were not very helpful during my stay. There was an incident where the waiter accidentally knocked over a glass of wine on my husband and did not replace it.
