Review of Station Hotel Penrith:

All was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good location near shops and restaurants. Nice pub and beer garden. Spacious rooms.

Staff always willing to help, no task too difficult.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with motion sensor lights in the hallway and eco-conscious towel policy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The portion sizes at dinner are generous and the waiting staff are attentive. Breakfast is satisfactory, although slightly limited compared to other places. Guests can also enjoy a scenic view of Penrith Castle ruins from certain rooms.

The rooms were recently painted and they were really nice and spacious. the beds were super comfortable, we slept like babies! the staff were so hospitable and friendly, they made us feel right at home. the food was absolutely amazing, we couldn't get enough of it. the portions were perfect and the quality of the food was outstanding.

That there was no parking available at the hotel, so we had to park in the town and walk for about 10 minutes. the bar downstairs could get a bit noisy when it was busy, and our room was right above it.

This hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, it is a short walk to the town center, allowing guests to explore the area with ease. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities were also available, adding convenience for guests. Although breakfast was not included in the price, the full English breakfast offered was delicious and the service was satisfactory.

The WiFi was weak and kept dropping, which was quite frustrating during my short stay.

My xmas holiday in this hotel was a mixed bag experience. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious and worth the price. the central location was ideal, close to public transport links and supermarkets. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the cozy atmosphere of the dining area.

The noise was unbearable. I couldn't bear the sound of engines roaring a few feet away from my room's window.

the top triple room was spacious and had a fantastic bathroom. the staff were friendly, storing our bikes for us and providing excellent service, especially the waitress. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for money. I didn't have breakfast this time, but based on a friend's recommendation, I would definitely try it next time. I had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful stay.
