I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites for a short stay before a procedure. The king suite was perfect for my needs, with a separate bedroom and living area providing a sense of safety and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Having two TVs in the suite was a bonus for post-op recovery. a fantastic hotel with attentive staff, modern facilities, and a great location near Heathrow T2 & T3.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and had a fantastic shower. The wifi worked perfectly, and the breakfast spread was unbeatable. The staff, especially Miss Jacque at the front desk, was incredibly polite and helpful. I even had a small issue with a lost bag, but the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. This place truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back!

The location near the airport was convenient, and the free bus made it easy to get to and from Terminal 2 or 5. The room was well equipped and immaculately clean, with a large bathroom, cosy bedding, and instant hot water. The breakfast area was also good, with delicious options prepared well.

The staff could have been more knowledgeable about bus schedules and whether the room had a grill in the microwave.

This hotel is great value for money! The rooms are spacious, and it's fantastic that they have all necessary facilities, including a small kitchen, for families or those who want to self-cater. The location is also perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to Terminal 3. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making sure that everything is well-run and clean.

I had a great stay here, with top-class service and fantastic amenities. The location was very convenient as it's very close to the airport and the bus stop for Heathrow terminals was also nearby. Additionally, the working area downstairs was great and had a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire. The room itself was very comfortable and well-appointed, with everything I needed provided, like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a nice touch and made for a lovely spot to relax.

The staff on the reception desk didn't seem to care about customer service, but the duty manager was helpful when escalated to. I would recommend this hotel to families looking for a great place to stay with fantastic amenities and service.

Amazing breakfast and spacious rooms. the proximity to the airport was very convenient. the soundproof rooms provided a peaceful stay.

The front desk staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to address issues or request services. the check-in process was chaotic and the rooms were not ready as promised.

The location was great and close to the airport. We enjoyed the two complementary snacks and drinks offered. the room was beautifully decorated and had great amenities.

Our Christmas was ruined because of the rude and unprofessional staff. They refused to give us our deposit back upon checkout and were very unhelpful.
