Lovely hotel, great location, loads to do. the complementary breakfast was the best ever with a fantastic selection of hot and cold food. the staff were polite and helpful.

The only negative was that during a football match they cancelled the 2 for 1 cocktails, which I thought was wrong.

We had a great stay here, as it is situated right next to a brilliant shopping center. The staff were all accommodating, and there were excellent room amenities, such as an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the fitness centre was impressive, and the sun terrace was a nice touch. However, customer service training is needed, especially when checking out. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place to our family.
