Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. the staff was helpful and polite. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.

Some rooms were noisy, especially those located above the gym. Smoke alarms went off randomly.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the DLR tube and being close to the O2 Arena and train stations. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and modern, exceeding my expectations. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions. The hotel also provides the convenience of a smartphone with free national and international calls and internet during your stay.

The housekeeping service did not fulfill our request to service the room and take out the trash.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located next to Deptford Bridge station and two supermarkets, making it easy to get around and stock up on essentials. The 177 bus stop was right outside, and it was also close to the railway station and the center of Greenwich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to arrange a late check-out without any issues.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to amenities. the facilities in the room were sufficient for our needs. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. the shower was excellent, providing a nice, refreshing experience.

there was a strange smell in the room that made us want to keep the windows open whenever we left. we found a starburst wrapper in our bed, even though none of us had eaten any starburst.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed being close to Greenwich park and the beautiful campus where my partner studies. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to an excellent Turkish restaurant was a bonus, as we were able to enjoy delicious meals just steps away from our room.

Stayed at a hotel slightly out of Greenwich center. Great value for money, with basic amenities such as a small kitchenette, excellent wheelchair-friendly room facilities, and breakfast with delicious sausages included for a great price. Staff were attentive and friendly, making for a delightful stay.

The stay was pleasant, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the local area, and we had easy access to nearby attractions. the kitchenette was also a great advantage, allowing us to self-cater and save money.

Some of the appliances in the room didn't work properly, and the double bed was made up of two singles pushed together, which wasn't ideal. we found the shower drain to be a bit slow, which was a bit of an annoyance.
