Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops.

Some rooms were noisy, especially those located above the gym. Smoke alarms went off randomly.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the DLR tube and being close to the O2 Arena and train stations. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and modern, exceeding my expectations. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions. The hotel also provides the convenience of a smartphone with free national and international calls and internet during your stay.

The housekeeping service did not fulfill our request to service the room and take out the trash.

Having only one set of towels for the entire duration of my trip was quite inconvenient and unsanitary. It would have been much more satisfactory to have had fresh towels provided every 2nd day.

The value for money at this hotel is really good, especially considering the size and comfort of the room. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the O2 arena and Greenwich. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located next to Deptford Bridge station and two supermarkets, making it easy to get around and stock up on essentials. The 177 bus stop was right outside, and it was also close to the railway station and the center of Greenwich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to arrange a late check-out without any issues.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to amenities. The facilities in the room were sufficient for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent, providing a nice, refreshing experience.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. there was a strange smell in the room that made us want to keep the windows open whenever we left.

Stayed at a hotel slightly out of Greenwich center. Great value for money, with basic amenities such as a small kitchenette, excellent wheelchair-friendly room facilities, and breakfast with delicious sausages included for a great price. Staff were attentive and friendly, making for a delightful stay.

The stay was pleasant, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed two complementary offers during our stay, which was a real bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and we had easy access to nearby attractions. The kitchenette was also a great advantage, allowing us to self-cater and save money.

We did encounter a few small issues during our stay. Some of the appliances in the room didn't work properly, and the double bed was made up of two singles pushed together, which wasn't ideal.
