The room had a cozy feel, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely view of the pretty garden. The shower was refreshing, and the coffee and tea making facilities added a nice touch. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional breakfast, with fresh coffee and a wide selection of local jams and marmalades. The delicious full English breakfast was a perfect start to my day. The location was also convenient, allowing for a pleasant walk along the cliffs to Whitehaven, while the train allowed for a quick return. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I can confidently recommend this B&B for its excellent value for money and delightful ambiance. I had a great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location within the village was perfect, right on the main road and surrounded by charming pubs and restaurants. The room I stayed in was a deluxe double with a private entrance and a kitchen, which provided enhanced comfort and convenience. The large double bed was incredibly comfy, and the entire room was exceptionally clean. The amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were a nice touch. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with cozy garden furniture, where I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The host, Carole, was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She even prepared a packed lunch for me the next day, which was a lovely touch. I was lucky enough to stay in a separate flat that was absolutely amazing. It had a small kitchen/diner and a large room with a conservatory. I arrived late, but Carole was extremely helpful and understanding. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
