We loved the location of this hotel, with its private island and stunning views overlooking the water. It was truly a picturesque and peaceful setting. The room amenities, like the ironing facilities, sitting area, and terrace, made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Nigel, the night shift manager, who went out of his way to make our stay outstanding. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the warm welcome drink upon arrival. the service provided by the housekeeping, room service, and laundry was top-notch.

The only drawback we experienced was that the staff at this hotel were a bit slow at times in attending to guests' needs. However, we would still highly recommend this place to everyone.

The grounds were also a highlight, with great walks available around a small island that belongs to the hotel. my experience here was top-notch and I can't wait to revisit when the days are longer.

The hotel is tucked away in a serene location with breathtaking views of the countryside and Loch Fyne. the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the place. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We did encounter a few minor infrastructure issues during our stay, such as plumbing problems and a brief electricity outage. These issues were a bit inconvenient, but the staff's warm hospitality more than made up for it.

The staff, from the cleaning staff to management, were very nice and tried their best to be helpful, although they seemed to be incredibly busy and stressed. Nonetheless, their service was great and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
