We had a wonderful stay here on the remote west coast of Loch Fyne. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful mature gardens and breathtaking views of the Loch from the restaurant. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and professional service throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time, even arranging a special celebration for my wife's birthday and retirement. The hotel is also very pet-friendly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about our furry friends. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

That the staff seemed quite busy and somewhat stressed, but they still managed to provide excellent service. Despite this, we would definitely recommend this venue to others.
