I loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to shops, bars, and restaurants, making it easy to walk to any dining or entertainment option. The convenience factor was top-notch.

Noisy street outside, disturbed sleep.

Lovely room with a stunningly comfy bed and a fantastic shower. The location is excellent, and there is a car park nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue with noise from a neighboring room promptly. I had a delightful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy being near a shopping center and have the convenience of everything at their doorstep. The stylish interior of the rooms creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the clean and tidy accommodations provide a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers lovely provisions for breakfast, ensuring guests start their day off right.

There is one minor downside to consider. The designated "suite" rooms may be smaller than expected, lacking the space found in other hotels.

Staying at Strozzi Palace was an absolute delight! The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had all the gadgets I could dream of, like remote-controlled skylight windows and a rainfall shower. The location was perfect, just minutes away from everything in the city center. The staff, all lovely ladies, were polite and asked if we wanted our apartment serviced. Plus, they even provided non-dairy milk upon request. The breakfast goodies supplied were ample and varied, with a great selection of items to choose from. I only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy everything this hotel had to offer.

the room was fully decked out with gadgets, my favorite being the skylight windows and the remote-controlled faux ceiling/blind. the rainfall shower was amazing, and the kitchenette exceeded my expectations with a variety of food and beverage options provided. the location was very convenient for shopping, and despite being close to the Brewery Quarter, the room remained quiet. I was also impressed with the easy access and early check-in availability. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We stayed at a luxurious suite in a central location. the Milano suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. the facilities offered were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. the bed was large and provided a comfortable night's sleep. the suite was within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for a weekend getaway. the secure parking behind the hotel was an added bonus. We highly recommend Strozzi Palace Suites By Mansley and will definitely stay here again.

We loved the convenient location and stylish rooms. The apartment in the elegant building was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast items, including fresh milk, were a lovely touch.

Felt like royalty, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily access shops, wine bars, and restaurants within a short walk. the convenience of having everything so close by was a definite plus. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a comfortable and stylish space to relax in.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was confusing and messages were not received in a timely manner.

Very central location. Large accommodation with attention to details. Convenient for shops and Brewery Quarter. Easy access with access code. Early check-in, warm welcome. Clean and comfortable with large bed. Provided toiletries, milk, tea, coffee machine. Fantastic value for money. Would return with partner.

Our stay at this hotel was worth every penny! The room was elegant, sophisticated, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre with a variety of international restaurants nearby. The staff, especially manager Roy, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back in the summer!

Stylish decor, great location, comfortable bed, thoughtful touches like free bag and pen. Kitchenette and seating area were useful and bathroom was spacious. Balcony was a bonus, although no Cheltenham view. Tea and coffee options aplenty, plenty of toiletries provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to everything. Will book again.
