The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. the staff was polite and kind, adding to the overall pleasant experience. the location was great, as it was close to both the tube station and shops for convenience.

The apartment was small for four people and lacked natural light, which took away from the overall ambiance. There were also some disruptive noises, like a loud clicking sound in the bedroom, which affected the quality of sleep.

The value for money at Courtfield was excellent, with a clean room and a super comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the Earls Court station. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been better, maybe offering a wider selection of items.

Courtfield Apartments had great location - very easy to get from Tube and walk to attractions like NH and Science Museums. the place was very clean and had high spec appliances. the bed was comfy, the location was fantastic, and the apartment was beautifully decorated. We arrived early and they already had the room prepared, which was very nice indeed. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always someone available, even in the late evening. the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including shower things, toilet paper, and various kitchen amenities. They even provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a small amount of milk. They also offered a convenient luggage storage service. In some apartments, they even had USB sockets.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the nearest underground station. It was super convenient for exploring the city, as the underground had rail links to most of this city. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were impressed by the neat and clean rooms, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the laundry facilities that were available.

There were plenty of food and drink places nearby, and we felt safe and secure in the apartment. the staff members were friendly and helpful, with one gentleman even offering to help carry our heavy suitcase to our room. there were many museums within a 20-minute walk, making it a great location for sightseeing. the decor and welcoming hallway were modern and well thought out, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in the rooms.

We had a great stay at Courtfield Apartments. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Earl's Court underground station. It was incredibly convenient to have restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at Courtfield were extremely nice and patient, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean and appeared newly renovated. It had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine and dryer in the building. Although using them for the first time was a bit tricky, we managed to figure it out. Courtfield Apartments provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience in a really nice neighborhood.

We had a great Easter stay at this apartment. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to major attractions and museums nearby. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and it seemed recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed for our visit.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The check-in process was a bit unpleasant, as the staff was not very welcoming and didn't make any exceptions to their policies.

We would definitely stay at Courtfield Apartments again and recommend it to others. There's even an M&S food store conveniently nearby!

Newly renovated and close to a convenient location. Good shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure, and the property was very clean and fresh smelling. the neighborhood was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

The room was quite small, only fitting the bed and very little else. This may be typical for the area, but it felt cramped and uncomfortable.
