The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was so close to the main attractions and only a short walk away from the National Museum. Additionally, there was a Tesco Express right next door, making it convenient to grab any essentials. The transportation options in this area were great too, with Waverley Bridge nearby.

The room at Sugarhouse Close - Royal Mile was clean and tidy, with good-sized facilities and excellent equipment. The location was brilliant, with easy access to the Royal Mile and all the attractions we wanted to visit. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second exit that led directly to the Royal Mile side, which was a great bonus for us as bike riders.

Felt like at home, nothing to complain about.

great location, ideal for the Fringe Festival. Discount card for NCP car park saved money. Plenty of places to eat, perfect for a 3 night stay. Clean with wifi, secure access, and a convenient Tesco Metro next door. Exceptional value for a group of 9. Would stay here again.

The location is central but quiet, with great access to Holyrood Palace and Fringe venues. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen facilities are adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lounge offers a free pool table and TV, as well as tea and coffee facilities.

The location is excellent, right on the Royal Mile and within walking distance of Waverley station and the tram stop on St Andrews Sq. The accommodation is clean and spacious, with no street noise. The staff are friendly and helpful, allowing you to drop your bags outside of check-in hours. The Tollbooth Tavern across the road offers excellent food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very central and at the same time very quiet, which was a perfect combination. It was exactly what I expected - very clean with basic kitchen equipment. The rooms were cute and brought back student life memories. All city attractions were within a 10-20 minute slow walk, making it very convenient. Additionally, I loved that the room was perfectly clean and provided hand soap and two towels for each person.

The location was excellent, being very close to the main attractions in the old town, which made it convenient for going out in the evening. The location of this accommodation was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to explore the main attractions and be close to all the action. the kitchen in the room was well-equipped and allowed us to cook simple meals, which was a bonus.

The bathroom was not up to par. There was a constant rank smell coming from it, which made it unpleasant to use.
