The hotel is located on a picturesque square, which offers the best location in town. It is in the wonderful old city center of Bergen op Zoom, close to bars and restaurants. The room we stayed in was lovely, offering a comfortable stay for our family with kids. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a good selection of options. Additionally, the hotel offered facilities such as a sauna and comfortable chairs for relaxation.

The drainage in the shower tray was slow, which could be improved.

Excellent location in the center of town. Anniversary decorations and complimentary bottle of Cava provided. Helpful and pleasant staff who spoke good English. Forceful shower in the bathroom. Quiet room despite being in the middle of town. Convenient parking arrangements for motorcycles.

We were delighted with our stay at Grand Hotel En Residence De Draak. The central location allowed us to explore the city with ease. The grandeur and old-fashioned style of the hotel gave it a unique charm. We especially loved the terrace overlooking the market square, where we could relax and take in the atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited parking and outdated porcelain, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city on a picturesque square. We loved being able to step out the door and find plenty of great restaurants and shops. The staff here are truly amazing and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

The building was really beautiful with a lot of history. The location was perfect for wandering around and getting to know the area. As part of a romantic escape, we were given complementary champagne and chocolates which was really sweet.

Sadly, the doors to the shower didn't close properly which caused quite a bit of water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. it was pretty quiet in the hotel with not much to do in the evenings, and the nearby bars were already closed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful square. Grand Hotel En Residence De Draak exceeded my expectations in every way. The annex building where I stayed was like a private high class residence, offering modern and comfortable rooms with all the amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was also delighted to find that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a rare find in the Netherlands. I cannot wait to return to this unique hotel with its wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.

I recently stayed at Grand Hotel De Draak for 26 years and it continues to be the best in the city. The annex building is charming, with modern and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, right in the center with easy access to all sites. The buffet breakfast in the medieval old hall is fabulous. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they even provide bikes for guests to explore the town.
