the one-night stay at the inn exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to keep the chef on for a later check-in. the food was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring lowther and the waterfalls.

I was shocked by the terrible condition of my room during our stay over Easter weekend. The bed was practically falling apart, the curtains didn't cover the window, and the towel rack was rusted through.
