sunbeach chalets in great yarmouth was a pleasant surprise! the chalet was clean and well-presented, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and amenities. we had a wonderful valentine's day stay that exceeded our expectations.

difficult to keep warm in cold weather

We had a fantastic time at Sunbeach Chalets, staying in a lovely 2 bedroom chalet that felt like a home away from home. The chalet was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with all the modern furnishings we needed. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach. We also enjoyed having access to the swimming pool, which was included in the price. the on-site shop provided convenient amenities. it was a great value for money and we can't wait to return.

The only minor issue was the lack of handrails in the bathroom, which made it difficult for disabled guests to access the shower.

I had the most amazing family holiday at the Sunbeach Chalets. The chalet we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean. I was impressed by how quickly the owner, Margo, resolved any issues we had, such as fixing a loose ladder on the bunk bed. The location of the chalet was perfect, with a beautiful green area nearby where my children played and made friends. The staff at the pool, arcade, and clubhouse were all lovely and made us feel welcome. The chalet was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach essentials like a windbreak, bucket, and spade. The sheets and towels provided were also spotless. Despite a minor change in the chalet originally booked, our overall experience was beyond our expectations. Thank you, Margo, for making our stay so memorable.

the chalet was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had comfortable modern furnishings. the owners, Margo and her family, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the location was excellent, with a gorgeous sandy beach just a 5-minute walk away. We also had access to a swimming pool on site and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. I couldn't have asked for more and can't wait to go back again!

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the convenient location of the chalet. It was just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, which was perfect for our family. the property had all the amenities we needed for a self-catering stay, making it easy to prepare meals. the parking arrangement was excellent, providing us with hassle-free access to our accommodation.

Upon arrival, we noticed dust and stains on the bedding, as well as some leftover food on the cushions. the microwave was in poor condition and had a unpleasant smell.

Exceptional host, beautiful chalet, prompt maintenance service, lovely staff, fantastic location near the beach.
