I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. He provided us with a thorough explanation of all the local attractions and the best times to visit them. We were given the freedom to explore the town, knowing that the hotel access was available 24/7. The personalized and caring service truly made our stay special. Additionally, the price we paid was much lower than the quality and level of service we received. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book here again on my next visit.

had another amazing stay in newquay this summer, and surf stop was even better than before. the location was perfect, right by the beach and high street. dan was an excellent host, always making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to our one-year-old daughter.

This hotel is perfectly located just minutes away from the town center where you can find an abundance of restaurants, pubs, and shops. It is also conveniently situated near the bus station and rail station, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast options are excellent, with a delicious full English breakfast and a wide selection of cereals, yoghurt, and hot beverages. The proprietor is friendly and helpful, providing maps and tourist information for guests.

The available parking space at the hotel is limited, so finding a parking spot may be challenging.

I had a fantastic stay at Surfside Stop in Newquay. My room had a beautiful sea view and a comfortable queen bed, allowing me to really relax and unwind. The friendly host, Dan, went above and beyond by carrying my suitcase for me. The decor and furnishings were lovely and created a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the ample supply of tea and milk, as well as the easy-to-use TV. The common room downstairs was a great space, and I found the maps and bus route guide provided at the reception very helpful. The breakfasts were exceptional and tailored to my preferences.

One minor drawback was the limited parking spaces available. Additionally, the stair carpets could use some updating as they gave a slight impression that didn't match the otherwise comfortable accommodation.

The breakfast was superbly cooked and consisted of a good variety of options. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always happy to help. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all the key places to visit. The hotel also had a nice lounge area with a fruit bowl, which added a nice touch.

The shower in the room was a bit dated and took a while for the water to heat up. , the TV was mounted high on the wall, making it difficult to view comfortably.

The hotel had a real attention to detail, with clean and well-taken care of rooms that had great views. The staff were wonderful, with Dan being a true gentleman and a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure guests had a great experience, offering parking assistance, giving helpful directions, and providing friendly banter. The home-cooked breakfast was top-notch, with eggs cooked to perfection and a good choice of cereals and beverages. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I will definitely be returning.
