The complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful way to unwind and socialize with other guests after our busy days exploring Madrid. The spacious bathroom was a real highlight, combining functionality and quality beautifully.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations during our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights. fresh, diverse options kept us fueled for our sightseeing adventures. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, even helping us manage a minor reservation issue smoothly.

On the downside, the check-in process was a bit slow and cumbersome, which was a little frustrating after our long journey. While the location is excellent, navigating the taxi service proved tricky, especially with language barriers.

The elevators are often inefficient!!! The WiFi connection is frustratingly weak at times!!! Expect inconsistent bathroom privacy with glass doors!!! There are hardly any parking facilities!!! Great rooms, but the gym is too small for peak hours!!!

catalonia is in a fantastic location, easy to walk to main attractions. the double room was stylish and well-kept. breakfast was a real treat with attention to detail. jorge and veronica's service stood out, making our stay special. the afternoon tea was lovely too, great for mingling with other guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for a taxi to the airport and they actually came out to help us while holding an umbrella! The beds were comfy enough after long days. The water pressure in the bathroom was real good, you know what I'm sayin'?.

It wasn’t cheap, but was still reasonable for what we got.

Awesome stay in city center!

Our room was super spacious, and I loved the huge shower. The staff went above and beyond, especially with the free snacks at the bar. Only thing was, the elevator could be slow at times. Perfect spot for walking around and hitting up local bars.

Though my stay was good, the parking was a game of musical chairs—never knew if I’d pull a winner! Also, the gym felt more like a closet during peak hours.

this hotel has a perfect spot just a few minutes walk from the central squares and local attractions. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was wonderful, with lots of options. we even enjoyed drinks in the lounge area.
