The interior was beautifully presented, staff were friendly, food was good, entertainment was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and social. The bar staff, manager, and entertainment manager were fabulous and made me feel at home. I would happily stay again.

The value for money was amazing, especially considering the rugby event happening. The room was stunning, with a deep bath and comfy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was great, just a 10-minute drive to the stadium. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early so we wouldn't miss any games.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a better variety of condiments.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early as our room was already prepared for us. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. It was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed such as drinks facilities, fresh towels, and toiletries. The menu offered a good choice of options throughout the day, and the breakfast included in our stay was delicious. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Gateshead was overall quite pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by the supervisor who showed us to our spacious room. The large king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern and clean, complete with a luxurious bath tub and shower. We were impressed with the quality of the amenities provided, including tea, coffee, and delicious shortbread biscuits. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, with pub grub that exceeded our expectations. The staff, particularly the night porter, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
