Above expectations!

I recently stayed at a charming countryside retreat and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The caravan I stayed in was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The thoughtful little touches like milk in the fridge and washing up liquid made check-in a breeze. The cozy decor and comfortable beds provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although there were a few minor issues like some arcade machines not working and the TV signal being disrupted, they didn't significantly affect my enjoyment. I would highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing getaway.

The location was ideal for exploring the nearby town and attractions. We also appreciated having clean and well-maintained facilities to use.

The shower block near the camping field was cold and uncomfortable, while the shower block further away was much nicer. noise from large groups could be an issue, and management could have done more to control it.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities that do the job. The location of this hotel is perfect, not far from the ferry terminal and conveniently situated between two pitches on the outer edge of the field. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. They create an air of acceptance that makes guests feel at ease. The rooms with beds available on the camping site are a fantastic option for guests who want a comfortable stay without the hassle of setting up a tent.

Signage could be improved.

We stayed at Sutton Vale for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We appreciated the added extras like the coffee machine, Netflix, and Prime Video. The staff and locals on site were extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to popular tourist attractions such as Walmer Castle and the surrounding beaches. it is conveniently situated not far from the Dover ferry port, making it a convenient choice for travelers. the hotel is right next to the clubhouse, providing easy access to various facilities and entertainment options.

The lack of control and policing over the activities in the camping field can be a major drawback for those seeking a peaceful stay.

Additionally, the hotel was well stocked with tea, coffee, and other basic amenities, which added to the overall value for money.
