The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access the local bars and pubs. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. We also appreciated the value for our money.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The noise level from nearby clubs and bars was extremely high, and made it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest.

Lovely and clean room, close to train station, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient location, easy access to the room outside pub hours. Great train-themed design, overnight parking available at a reasonable price, secured car park. Enjoyable pub on-site. Coded doors for added security. Planning to stay again.

Staying in this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. From the service to the room advantages, everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that everything was perfect. The leisure/TV room was a great space to relax, and the bar/lounge area was modern and stylish. The sun terrace and garden area were lovely spaces to enjoy the weather and scenery during the day.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel - there wasn't much shelf space in the bathroom. However, everything else was so exceptional that this didn't detract from my overall experience.

Convenient central location and close proximity to railway stations. Comfy beds and a spacious bathroom with a great shower. Friendly staff, who were helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel also had a great pub with a good selection of real ales. Overnight parking was reasonably priced and secure with coded doors adding an extra level of security. Ideal for those travelling by car.

Felt exceptional, nothing too much trouble.

Our room was clean and had a lovely spacious bathroom. The staff at Swan & Railway Hotel were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me when I had a fraud issue with my card. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a gig. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bonus for us. The staff even offered to charge our phones at the bar when the plugs in our room fused. I would recommend this hotel for its great facilities and helpful staff.
