We had a delightful stay in the Patience Swinfen Room, which had a stunning view of the deer park. The room was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips on the bar/terrace menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room we were given was large and had stunning views. We also appreciated the coffee machine in our room, which provided us with fabulous coffee in the mornings. The grounds were stunning and we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return here.

The location was superb with jaw-dropping views. the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and accommodating. the rooms were top-notch, clean, and comfy, complete with fresh fruit, water, coffee maker. the Games room, although unexpected, was a unique and fun surprise, perfect for a stag party. the property and grounds were stunning, giving us a feeling of having the place to ourselves. Can't wait to see the improvements on our next visit!

De locatie was ideaal, vlakbij het centraal station en recht tegenover het plein. We konden gemakkelijk naar het chocolademuseum gaan, wat zeker een aanrader is. De kamer was ruim en netjes, met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en mooi gepresenteerd. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.

Helaas kon de thermokraan in de douche niet naar behoren werken, wat erg frustrerend was.

The only small improvement I could suggest for breakfast would be to have more hot options alongside the continental spread.
