The hotel's location in the parkland was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The on-site restaurant, Samuels, served delicious food that surpassed my expectations. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

We had a great city break recently and were impressed with the fantastic accommodation and convenient location of the hotel. The newly refurbished spa was a highlight of our stay and provided a truly relaxing experience. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel was situated close to the city's main attractions and allowed us to easily explore all that the city had to offer. we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Despite the lovely accommodation, we found the service at the hotel to be lacking. The staff was slow to attend to us in certain areas, and we found their responses to be unapologetic.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating a special birthday. The spa was a great addition to our stay. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely. The room was fabulous, with plenty of little touches like a coffee machine and complimentary mini bottle of Gin. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with a deep bath and separate shower. The hotel grounds were perfect for little walks.

There were a couple of small issues that we experienced during our stay. The meals took longer than we wanted due to long waits between courses.

The spa was exceptional with various thermal therapy areas and pools. The food was delicious and they easily catered to gluten-free and vegan diets. a superb stay with elegant and tasteful decor and excellent service.

The staff were attentive and congratulated me on my anniversary, making me feel special. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with a spectacular bathroom that felt like a Cleopatra experience. The public rooms were beautifully furnished and grand. The restaurant offered a delightful evening meal with beautifully presented dishes and excellent service. The location was also great, with nearby attractions like Lightwater Valley.

There was a disappointment with breakfast, as the poached eggs were lukewarm and the toast was too thick.
