We booked this property for a running event nearby and stayed for a few days. The location is fantastic, close to the town centre and beach. The property itself is well-equipped with a hot tub, dishwasher, and comfortable beds. The owner, Sam, was very helpful, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Despite the rainy weather, we still enjoyed the hot tub and had a few nice days. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely property in Barmouth! The fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge, and incredibly comfortable beds made it feel like a home away from home. The hot tub was a complete treat, especially after long walks on the nearby beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the main town with plenty of things to do. The host, Sam, was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Parking was limited and the road was quite tight, making it difficult to find a spot near the house. The nearby train track could be a bit noisy with its horn sounding early in the morning and late at night.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town's attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even left us thoughtful gifts upon our arrival.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Swyn Y Mor Beach Close Pet Friendly Hot Tub in Barmouth exceeded all our expectations. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a short distance from shops and pubs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was a fantastic treat after a day of exploring. Samantha, the host, even left us Christmas presents, which was a lovely touch. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, everything felt like home. The fully equipped kitchen had all the utensils and pots we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the powerful shower was a great perk. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for our group of six. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after long walks on the beach. The garden provided a lovely secluded area for the hot tub and a safe space for our furry companions. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and less than 10 minutes to the main town. We also loved having a nearby pub/hotel. Sam, the host, was wonderful and kept in contact to ensure our stay was perfect. We can't wait to come back!
