We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, providing us with great service and making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of sockets and USB points for charging our devices. We were also pleased to find a hairdryer in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options including vegan choices. The atmosphere was relaxed and the owners were friendly and chatty. The location of the hotel was central and convenient, with easy access and a free car park. the best aspects were the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient location.

The location was excellent, and the room itself was clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed. The hosts were also flexible in accommodating my needs. I highly recommend this lovely place for a memorable stay.

While the bathroom had a separate hot and cold tap, I understand the historical charm of the hotel might have prompted this choice. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have hooks in the bathroom to hang up wet towels.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in Pateley Bridge. Talbot House Bed & Breakfast And Tearoom was warm and cosy, and our room had everything we needed. The shower was huge and the accommodations were well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the lovely town of Pateley Bridge. Dinner at the nearby Crown Pub was delicious, with generous portions. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast they served was superb. I would highly recommend this traditional and family-friendly establishment. A hidden gem!

The room, although quite compact, was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also impressed with the friendly hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Plus, the location in the heart of Pateley Bridge was perfect.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at this bed & breakfast! The hosts were great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and Room 4 had a huge shower. The breakfast was delicious and arrived hot, and I loved that they provided a flask of cold milk for my drinks, unlike those useless sachets. The location was also perfect, with great walks along the river and a panoramic walk with stunning views. The little shops and cafes in the area were charming, and there was even a park for the children and benches for us older folks. The overnight parking fee of just £1.80 for 24 hours was unbelievable!

I had a lovely stay at the Talbot house. I stayed for one night and was more than happy with everything. The staff were friendly, the room lovely with everything we needed and the location perfect right on the main high street. Breakfast was tasty with good veggie options for me. The owners couldn't have been any more efficient, and even stored my bike safely for me. The accommodation was warm and cosy with fresh milk provided. The shower was absolutely enormous! a proper traditional welcoming family place that I would highly recommend.

great stay in pateley bridge. talbot house exceeded expectations. friendly hosts, clean room, delicious breakfast and amazing coffee. perfect location for walks and exploring the area. loved the homemade cakes in the tearoom too!

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and clean room. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety to the options available.
