As bike riders, we loved the picturesque view of the gorge from the restaurant. The swimming pool was of a wonderful size, and we would definitely join as members if we didn't live 200 miles away. The overall facilities and amenities were great.

Booked this hotel last minute due to a change in plans and it exceeded our expectations. the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and our room was comfortable with thoughtful design. the staff were fantastic - professional, efficient, and friendly. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. the restaurant served delicious food and breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We especially appreciated when they put the football on for my husband in the lounge area. we had a fabulous stay and felt relaxed throughout. Good value for the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is located on a hill overlooking a picturesque gorge, giving it a stunning and tranquil setting. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to take a leisurely stroll and soak in the surroundings. The rooms were nice enough and provided all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They dressed in robes and allowed me access to the main areas, creating a great sense of relaxation and luxury. Additionally, there is an adjacent golf course for those interested in a round of golf, adding to the overall appeal of this venue.

I must say, however, that the service and breakfast could have been better. There were times when I had to wait in a line, and it did not meet the value for money that I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold options, a perfect start to the day. the Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort provided a great value for money stay.

The ironing board covers in the rooms could use an upgrade to prevent clothing from getting damaged during ironing.

Had a great Christmas stay here! the spa treatments were fantastic and the staff were polite and friendly. the location was perfect, as it was close to shops and restaurants. We also loved the fact that we could enjoy a festive meal and drinks at the hotel bar.

They warmly welcomed us and provided us with everything we needed, from room amenities to helpful recommendations. The hotel had a fantastic spa and wellness centre, with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. We also enjoyed the lovely garden area and sun terrace. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

I got great value for my money at the hotel, with a comfortable room and a modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, and the views from the bedroom and restaurant were stunning. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary water and had a lovely pool.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a charming old Manor House in Shropshire. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is near to lovely attractions in the area. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. The service at the hotel was excellent, except for having to wait nearly fifteen minutes for anyone to serve breakfast in the restaurant. However, once the staff arrived, the breakfast was delicious and the dining experience was pleasant. The hotel also has a lovely seated area where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The only downside was that the bar was closed for a private function during my stay.

The pool, gym, and changing rooms at the Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort were absolutely great. I had a fantastic time using these facilities and they were in excellent condition. The room I stayed in was also very comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. The location of the resort is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the charming Victorian village.

We recently stayed at an amazing 4-star hotel here and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located just outside of town, in a very nice area with stunning views. The room was clean, fresh, and had a pleasant outlook. The buffet style breakfast was superb, with a wide range of food choices and attentive staff. We also enjoyed the free spa facilities, including the steam room, sauna, and swimming pool. It would have been even better if there was a jacuzzi available. we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to everyone.

We had to wait in line for a long time and didn't feel that we got the value for money that we would have had with better service. However, the hotel made up for it with the excellent breakfast options and the leisure spa and wellness center.
