I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible hotel in the heart of the city. The location was simply unbeatable, with a short walk to Oxford St, Marylebone High Street, and Mayfair. As a tourist, this made exploring central London a breeze. The staff at this place were top-notch, providing welcoming and professional service throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

In terms of the negatives, I must say that the smoking area seemed to be a bit of a drawback. However, this did not impact my overall experience at all.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, with all the attractions within walking distance. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent linens. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. We also appreciated the mini bar, room service, and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The restuarant was a bit overpriced for our liking.

The rooms were sumptuously comfortable with extras like a stocked mini bar, sewing kit, and specialty teas. The bathrooms were top-notch with a rain shower head and clear instructions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent with charming restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety and the rooms were clean.

Felt spoiled, no complaints.

Marvellous location, complimentary upgrade, lovely room with soft towels and lovely soaps, quiet and beautiful street, walking distance to restaurants and transport, clean and comfortable beds.

The location was perfect, situated on a reasonably quiet road yet still close to bars and restaurants in the Marylebone area. The hotel itself was in a very nice area of London, and I loved the quiet neighborhood in Mayfair. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and terrace where I could relax. The hotel also offered a safe, dining table, patio, and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful stay. The free toiletries, electric kettle, television, and am/fm alarm clock were nice touches as well. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded all my expectations and provided an exceptional experience.

This place is in a great area, close to Marylebone High Street and just a short walk to Oxford Street. The location is perfect for shopping and exploring. The staff here are amazing, always welcoming and accommodating. The service here is top-notch.

The New Year experience was pretty good! the complementary glass of champagne and little handwritten note in my room were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling streets and amenities. the room had a great view and the overall design was impressive.

The heating in the room was not working well, making it very uncomfortable during the night. Plus, the noise from the street and neighboring rooms kept me awake until the early hours of the morning.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, allowing us easy access to explore central London. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate shower and bath. The staff were lovely and even sent a complimentary bottle of bubbly to our room for our special occasion. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel after a long day in the city. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. the room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful indoor smoking lounge and a heated outdoor smoking lounge with food and drink service.

The showers in the hotel were a bit small, but this seems to be common in European hotels. there were some issues with the noise level in certain rooms, especially if they were located near the elevator.

My check-in experience was less than satisfactory. Despite arriving at 4:30 pm, my room was not ready, and the staff seemed unbothered by the inconvenience.

the staff at Ten Manchester Street were exceptional in their service and professionalism. the concièrge/porter promptly took my suitcases to my superior double room, and the gentleman at reception was kind and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. the location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and easy access to transportation. the hotel provided excellent service and a pleasant stay.
