The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to a busy roundabout and just a short walk down to the harbour. It is also really close to large sandy beaches, perfect for families with children. The rooms are spacious, well presented, and really comfortable, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff are lovely and always helpful. There is plenty of parking available and the building is fairly new and built to a good standard.

The hotel lacks a lounge area to relax in, with only the option of the room or the restaurant.

The hotel breakfast menu would benefit from better organization, especially with regards to the placement of coffee/tea/milk facilities next to the toaster and through a crowded area. Simplifying the layout and providing extension cables could greatly improve the breakfast experience.

Stayed here for New Year and had a pleasant enough experience. The staff were excellent and the room was clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby roads and bus stops. We enjoyed having vouchers for the restaurant and the cocktails were tasty. The secure kids play area was a great addition.
