I recently stayed at The Anchor Inn for one night during a road trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a kettle for tea and coffee, as well as a hairdryer. The ensuite bathroom was also clean and had shampoo and body wash provided. Despite our late arrival, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us park our motorbikes on the hard standing patio area. The location was conveniently situated on our route, and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere on Carvery night. The food was excellent, and our waitress Rhianna provided great service.

My room was situated away from the pub, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff provided exceptional service, offering a warm welcome and attentive service in the busy restaurant. The room was comfortable, with plenty of tea and coffee provided. The breakfast was delicious, with a generous "Full English" to start the day. The hotel also had convenient parking right outside, making it easy to access. a great stay.

Noisy room.

This hotel was a great find for my overnight stay. the location was perfect, right next to the canal and close to the village centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms, especially the ones on the top floor, were clean and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities you would need. And I can't forget to mention the breakfast at 8.15am, which was delicious and filling. this hotel provided great value for money.

Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was both lovely and filling, making it one of the best breakfasts I've had.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was conveniently located close to the city center and key attractions. the breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of food to choose from.

The window blinds were broken, the floor sloped towards the door, and the bedside table had to be propped up to keep our drinks from sliding off. Unfortunately, there were also noise issues from neighboring rooms and people outside late at night, affecting our ability to get a good night's rest.
