The location of this hotel is superb, within walking distance of central Leamington Park, restaurants, and shops. It had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were provided. Our room was spacious and had a good-sized bathroom with large towels. The breakfast included several options and was excellent.

The only minor issue we had was that the room was a bit compact and could use a bit of tweaking to make it more spacious.
