Always choose this spot for my stays. Staff found my lost card once - huge help. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, Parking, Restaurant, Welcome drink, Coffee shop, TV. Returning for New Year's celebration.

The spot was top-notch, right in the thick of Ambleside with gorgeous views of the fells and the cute little bridge house, close to all the buzz - you could easily hop to eateries, shops, and scenic walks. the room was spotless and had cool extras like a coffee setup and fresh gingerbread, and the staff really knew how to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Only hitch was a bit of a struggle to access the spot between New Year's Eve and 2nd Jan; the cafe gates were shut, making it a tad tricky to reach the Loft 🏨.

The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in our room stocked with complimentary fresh milk for our tea and coffee, making our stay feel like a cozy home away from home. Cons: Limited toiletries provided.

we've stayed at apple loft before, and it didn't disappoint. the room was super clean with a comfy bed and lovely views. we enjoyed the nice touches like cafetière coffee and freshly baked gingerbread daily. staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was superb, right in the heart of town within easy reach of walks, shops, and restaurants. we also loved the full english breakfasts at the cafe downstairs.

We got great value for our money at the Apple Loft! The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

The Apple Loft in Ambleside had a charming decor with a modern yet cozy feel, perfect for someone with sensory issues like myself. the choice of lighting options made it easy to create a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. While the initial access could be tricky due to the cafe closure, the overall experience was delightful.

The location of the property was perfect, only a short walk to many pubs, restaurants and shops. the cafe was amazing, the cakes were unbelievable so tasty. the Apple Loft provided a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after exploring nearby landmarks such as Rydal Water and Wansfell Pike, which offered beautiful scenery for family bonding.

the apple loft was even better than our previous stay in ambleside. spacious room, charming view, comfy bed, great bathroom, and lovely decor. staff were pleasant and helpful, and it was nice to have breakfast downstairs. it made for a lovely few days.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the prime location of this accommodation. It was just a short stroll away from numerous pubs, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The highlight for us was the amazing cafe on-site, which served the most unbelievable cakes that were incredibly tasty. The facilities in the rooms were top-notch, with bright and airy spaces that made our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, herbal teas, wine glasses, and the delicious homemade ginger biscuits. The added bonus of a 10% discount on food when eating at the bakery was a great perk. The shower was fantastic, and having everything we needed just a stone's throw away made our stay even better. The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.
