We appreciated the little touches like the local whiskey in our room and the birthday prosecco. Helen's recommendations for local restaurants and wildlife were spot-on. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We recently stayed at a charming B&B in a lovely old converted church. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a fantastic shower. The service was exceptional, with the hosts being warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade scones and a wide variety of options. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for some of our group, as it was a bit on the springy side.

Lovely, spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed. The hosts, Helen and Kevin, were amazing - friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about their guests. Breakfast was superb, with a special mention to Lisa, the cheerful 'breakfast lady'. Personal touches, from check-in to the homemade shortbread, made this place special. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients and delicious coffee. The homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, and cereals were beautifully presented at our table. Additionally, the hotel was clean, pet-free, and decorated to a high standard. The newly refurbished bathroom was spotless and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We also enjoyed the quirky atmosphere of the building. Furthermore, there was a great restaurant nearby and a lovely walking path along the river just around the corner.

If you stay in a room facing the road, it can be a little noisy, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we were usually out exploring in the morning.
