We had a fantastic stay at The Wigwam for four nights. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our adobe fairway room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The resort itself is beautiful, with a stunning golf course, tennis courts, and multiple pools. The location of our room was perfect, right next to a doggy area for my emotional support dog. The maid service was exceptional, and any issues with billing were quickly resolved by the helpful front desk staff and manager. a wonderful experience!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had updated bathrooms. The property was beautiful with well-maintained gardens. The breakfast at the lobby and the restaurant was extremely yummy. The place had a spacious and clean resort. The staff at the Starbucks/lobby facility were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel is directly situated on the golf course, which is an added bonus if you’re a golf fanatic. It is also in a great location, offering easy access to all Phoenix attractions. The bar area is also a nice addition and perfect for a relaxed night in.

Everything was just okay.

The property has a nice appearance, with courteous staff. It is conveniently located near businesses in Litchfield Park for easy walking. Good for families with activities and a lovely garden. Large, clean rooms with updated bathrooms. Great for golf lovers and close to MLB Spring Training camps.

The breakfast at the restaurant took 45 minutes. The waitress did not charge us. The southwest eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles were inedible. Two pool areas - one for adults, one for kids. Movie and music at night. Great facilities including gym and restaurants. Good personnel. 40 minutes drive from Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Apache trail. Calm and nice neighborhood. Big rooms with terrace. Perfect location for emotional support dogs. Exceptional chamber maid. Billing issues resolved immediately.

Beautiful grounds, connected casita option, amazing pool service, friendly staff, mix of historic/modern decor, nearby Mexican food & zoo. Highly recommend!

Nothing not to like.

The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant.

There was ongoing maintenance work happening, which made the grounds a bit noisy and messy at times. Additionally, we were surprised to find bird droppings on the outdoor chairs, which was a bit off-putting.

The customer service at this resort was fantastic! We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room on the golf course near the tennis facility. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and we loved the patio facing the golf course. The tennis pro, Carlos, was friendly and engaging, and we had no trouble getting a court. The pool service was excellent, with an attentive attendant bringing us water and taking our drink orders. The maid kept our room spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the complementary bikes. we were impressed with the employees who went above and beyond for our comfort. This is definitely a favorite resort and we will be staying here again. Well done Wigwam!

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The staff from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay were terrific and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the activities in the area and to the village which offered additional restaurant options.

We stayed at The Wigwam for a concert at Ak-Chin and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the suite spacious, and the room service food was great. The amenities like the gym, pools, and tennis courts were plentiful and well-kept. We loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and they even provided a welcome package for our dog. our stay met our needs and we would definitely visit again.

Well-maintained grounds, cordial staff, short walk to town. Clean and spacious room, equipped with practical amenities, and a large bathroom. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Enjoyable pool, tennis courts, and restaurant in a serene environment. Charming and sophisticated interior and exterior design, with historic touch.

Staying in a resort property in a rural area has its limitations. With limited options such as nearby restaurants, a car rental is a must-have. However, on a business trip, the Wigwam's onsite restaurants that serve good food are a plus. Spacious rooms and updated bathrooms with great service and an attentive staff made the stay enjoyable. The Christmas decorations and hot tub were added incentives.

The hotel's age is noticeable in the thermal insulation of the building which in turn causes the heat to come on continuously.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The on-site bars were excellent, offering a great variety of drinks and a fun atmosphere. There was plenty to do on the property, with options for everyone's interests. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location in the west valley provided easy access to other attractions in this city.
