We loved our stay at the hut – it was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed for a short break. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast in the morning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the extra details, like the cute fairy lights around the bed. Despite the cold weather, the hut was cozy and warm with a log fire and an additional radiator. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the center of town and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and beautiful walks in the castle grounds and canals. The hosts were very friendly, and communication with them was great. They even allowed us to park at the hut before check-in and had it ready early for us.

The room is well-equipped with high-quality bedding and towels, and the newly fitted bathroom is simply gorgeous, featuring a waterfall shower and a spacious bath. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing a delicious breakfast that sets you up for the day. Plus, the little touches like fresh flowers and milk in the fridge add a special touch to the stay.

Parking can be a bit tricky, but the hosts are always willing to assist.

The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. Despite the chilly nights, the hut remained toasty and comfortable thanks to the log fire and additional radiator.

Although there was no TV in the hut, the Wi-Fi connection allowed me to stay connected and entertained. The private garden at the back of the hut provided a peaceful retreat, although I wish the weather had been better during my stay to fully enjoy it.

The breakfast was huge and could easily last for two meals. It had a variety of options including cooked breakfast, muesli, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The shower was hot and spacious, and the bunk bed was comfortable and not too soft.
