Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to the center but in a quiet back street. Comfortable beds and spotlessly cleaned apartment.

No kettle or drinks facilities in the room. Limited maid service - towels and sheets not changed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casablanca for a week with my small child. The well-equipped kitchen was a huge plus, and the 5-minute walk to the beach was convenient. Parking was not a problem as they had a covered area for a small fee. The hotel staff, especially Charo, were fantastic in assisting us. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, just as shown in the photos. The pools were great, and the location was excellent, close to the sea and restaurants. a great choice for a family stay.

Our stay at the apartments was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. The staff were jaw-droppingly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The swimming pools were spotless and the pool bar was a GREAT spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. The apartment itself was clean and had an amazing view of the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The convenience of the paid parking under the roof was a lifesaver. We also appreciated the option of a safe at the reception. our experience was incredible and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday destination.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in a great location. It was just a short walk to the lively city center, making it convenient to explore the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We also loved being close to the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sea. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the pool and even the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from.

The noise from the washing machines in the cafeteria, which could be a bit disruptive during the late hours.

Just had a weekend break at a hotel in Santa Ponsa. The best aspects of my stay were the location, as it was just a stone’s throw from the beach, and the pool was really nice too. The beds around the pool were comfortable, and there were plenty of them to choose from. the cleaning staff did a good job every day and made sure that the rooms were clean and tidy.

There were also a few negatives during my stay. First of all, the customer service was not impressive;

This hotel is great value for money and located in a nice area. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are well-equipped with a small kitchen, which is perfect for families with kids. The hotel also offers rooms with 2 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups. Additionally, the amazing views across the town make for a truly memorable stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast, with its crispy bacon that is worth the visit alone.

The Hotel Casablanca offers clean, comfortable rooms with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. It's conveniently located a short walk away from the bus terminal and the main bars on the other side of the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant atmosphere. There is also an excellent selection of food available for both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel felt cozy, and there was no reason to complain.

The room decor was impressive, modern and recently refurbished. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the pool, mountains, and sea. The pool area was one of the best I've seen, with two pools to choose from, plenty of sunbeds, and a lovely shaded area.

Lack of space in the one-bedroom apartment for a family of four, with only one set of drawers and a sliding wardrobe. Noise was a major issue, with heavy footsteps and shouting from other apartments early in the morning.
