I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was smart and modern, with a Mediterranean feel and a small patio to sit out on. The hotel was located in a quiet village, and it was like being in Italy. The staff were very accommodating, even when we arrived late and they still offered us something to eat. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and the staff cooked it well. The hotel had great facilities, including free water and easily available soft drinks for a small charge. The location was ideal, being close to Biggin Hill airport and within easy reach of attractions like Westerham and Hever Castle.

The restaurant provided delicious meals in the evening, and the breakfast in the mornings was freshly cooked and excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was modern, well-furnished, and had a big comfortable bed. We also loved the little outside courtyard area at the back, which was perfect for our furry friend.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely restaurant with rooms during our visit to the Biggin Hill area. The location couldn't have been better, right in the village centre and by the bakery. Our room was beautifully furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the vibrant decor in the bar area.

The lack of frosted windows in our ground floor room, which faced the pavement. But since we only spent time in the room for sleeping, it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is located in a rural area with narrow and steep country roads, which can be intimidating to navigate, especially at night.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The service provided by the owner and staff was outstanding, they were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, with excellent amenities such as underfloor heating in the shower room. The bed was large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the option to dine in the evening, the food was top quality and the atmosphere was lovely. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

That the room was a little too warm, but this was a minor issue that could easily be resolved by adjusting the heating. this did not detract from our enjoyable experience at the hotel.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent location for visiting National Trust properties and Hever Castle. The restaurant served exceptional food and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of hot water. Andrew, the owner, went out of his way to ensure everyone was well taken care of during these strange times.

The hotel offered great facts like the option of a modern and stylish room and a cooked to order breakfast, which was the best I've had in a British hotel. It was in a great location, perfect for a quiet christmas break. I also enjoyed the attentive and friendly staff who made me feel very welcome.

The hotel lacked signs in public areas warning guests to keep noise to a minimum for the comfort of other guests. the estimated time to reach certain destinations was unrealistic, making it difficult to plan activities.
