Excellent breakfast options, clean rooms and bathrooms. Convenient location for visiting family. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, though pillows can be improved.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is by the S-Bahn station, making it very convenient for exploring Munich. The proximity to the train station allows for easy access to the city center, with frequent trains running every 20 minutes. the hotel is situated in a calm neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

Some guests have noted that the pillows provided in the rooms are flat and uncomfortable.

The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything that I needed. the location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the train station just what I needed. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options that catered to my dietary requirements.

The pillows were not great as they flatten easily and aren't very comfortable. the duvets were a bit too small for the double bed so I kept waking up feeling cold at night.

My recent stay at the Poinger Hof was excellent. the staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and extremely polite. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast selection was of excellent quality. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station in a calm neighborhood.

We were also pleasantly surprised to find that there were plenty of service shops and commercial services nearby, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel itself was well-equipped with various amenities, including laundry facilities and room amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff at this hotel were particularly commendable - they were extremely friendly, always willing to help, and consistently polite throughout our stay.
