We had a fantastic stay at the beach house. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach and cliff top walks. The room was spacious enough for our whole family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the well-equipped facilities, including the robovac and the provided leads for charging our devices. The weather was kind to us in October, allowing us to fully enjoy the sliding doors and balcony. a great place to stay if you want the beach right at your doorstep.

The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach front with direct access to the beach. It was so convenient to be able to step out of the apartment and be on the sand within seconds. Another advantage was the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the standard double size in the main bedroom was a bit small. It would have been much more pleasant to have more comfortable and larger beds to ensure a good night's sleep.

The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, with three great rooms and breathtaking sea views from two balconies. The bathroom was great, with an awesome rain shower in the en-suite. The kitchen was perfect and had all the necessary amenities. The location was outstanding, with a beautiful family and dog-friendly beach nearby, a scenic cliff walk to Porth Island or Newquay town, and even a charming little pub right on the beach. It was a win-win for everyone!

Sadly, we experienced a broken boiler during our stay, which meant no hot water for two out of the three mornings. Although the owners were apologetic and offered alternative shower facilities nearby, there was no compensation or refund provided.

I loved staying at this apartment! It was my boyfriend and my first time staying together and it was perfect for us. The entire apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was amazing, right on the beach. We could easily explore the beautiful beaches nearby and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer. When I visit in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment! It was the perfect base for exploring the area, with Porth beach just a stone's throw away. The location was amazing, being so close to the beach made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The amenities provided were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the ease of check-in with the key safe. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The slight musty smell in the main bathroom, but it was easily manageable by using the en suite instead.

The property was fantastic and offered great value for money. It had a beachfront location and was conveniently close to a main road, making it easy to explore the area. We loved having access to banks and supermarkets nearby. it was a fabulous place to stay for low-budget travellers like us.

The layout of the apartment was great and very spacious. We had plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. The comfiest bed I've slept in in a long time was a pleasant surprise and made for a relaxing stay. the kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had in a hotel. It had everything we needed to cook meals and prepare snacks.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not up to par, with sand on the floor and furniture.

The location was fantastic, being just a short walk away from the beach and also within easy driving distance to the town center. The view from the apartment was also a nice bonus, with beautiful scenery to enjoy during our stay.

The check-in time was a bit late at 4pm, especially considering we had to check out by 10am. It would have been more convenient to have an earlier check-in time.

The dog-friendly apartment was clean and spacious, with a convenient outdoor space. The contactless check-in process was efficient, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well-designed, and the location was stunning. We also enjoyed dining at the nearby pub, The Mermaid, which served delicious food. We will definitely be returning in the future.
