Conveniently located near town center, the property was tidy on arrival. It's a short 5-minute walk to the beach, which is not visible from the property. The facilities include a large flat TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and small fridge. The kitchen is well equipped, and bed linen was provided for the sofa bed. The terrace was a nice addition, but beware of seagulls. Secure parking and cozy beach-themed rooms. Detailed instructions were provided for a hassle-free stay.

The location of this apartment was fantastic - right by the sea, close to shops and restaurants, and in the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was also a bonus, with a secure allocated space provided. Transportation was easy, with the train station within easy reach.

I recently stayed at The Beach House for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping area, seafront, and tennis. The property was comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay, including a parking space and a charming terrace. The decor was tasteful, the bedding and furnishings were high quality, and everything was very clean. The private, gated parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Beach House in Eastbourne was worth every penny! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely beach-themed decor that added a nice touch. The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and close to the town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a great stay.

The breakfast menu could have offered a wider variety of options.

The Beach House was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was jaw-droppingly beautiful, with its stunning decor and stylish furnishings. The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the beach, promenade, and town centre. We loved that everything we needed was within easy reach, from bars and restaurants to shops and the railway station. Plus, the free parking behind secure gates was a fantastic perk. We didn't even need to use our car during our stay, as we enjoyed walking to nearby attractions like Beachy Head and Sovereign Harbour, and even took a train ride to Brighton. Our host, Donna, was incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions. We had an absolutely amazing time and can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being close to the town centre and within walking distance of key attractions in Eastbourne. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with excellent facilities such as a shower and bath. The staff provide good service and are attentive to guests' needs.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and the beach. the apartment itself was beautifully designed and had a lovely coastal theme. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to make meals. the bathroom had a separate shower cubicle which was convenient. the parking was secure and easy to access. the layout of the house was good and the decoration was calm and pleasant.

the entry gate code was not working and it took a while to gain access to the key box. there was no WiFi for the first three nights of my stay and I ended up having to use my data which cost me extra.
