had a fantastic stay in Ostend! Cocoon exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was tremendous - delicious, healthy options and a wide variety to choose from. The room was perfect, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel's decor was beautiful and added to the overall experience.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to some really good restaurants. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful, making my stay even better. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and the dining bar/lounge area provided a great space to relax. I also really appreciated the 24-hour reception and the beach access available here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Oostende, I encountered a situation where the room I was initially assigned had a malfunctioning TV. However, the hotel staff at the reception were extremely helpful and immediately offered to change rooms for me. Their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. based on this positive experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect, as it is right next to the beach. We were able to easily access the sandy shores and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach made it convenient for us to take relaxing walks by the water or simply lounge with our friends.

The price of the hotel could have been more reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was not included in the room rate.

The hotel had a nice scent and relaxing atmosphere which I appreciated. Plus, the breakfast was amazing with many healthy and tasty options to choose from. There was also a variety of drinks like coffee, tea, and juice, which I enjoyed. Location-wise, it's just a few steps away from the sea, so it was really convenient to go there.

The room was not as clean as I expected it to be. the hallway also looked a bit tired and could use some updating.

amazing stay for a wedding celebration in ostend. cocoon exceeded our expectations with perfect room, great breakfast, and friendly staff. loved the beach location and modern bathroom with a spacious roof patio. will definitely stay here again!
