We had a wonderful stay at this cozy motel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had breathtaking views of the countryside. The small patio seating area was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Plus, the room had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The shower room was pristine, with large towels provided. The staff, especially Pauline the manager, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even went out of their way to provide an iron for my son's suit. The food options were great, with a delicious menu in the evening and a separate breakfast menu. We were even able to request items that weren't on the menu. And if you're a night owl, you'll love the fact that breakfast is served until 11am. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning for a long weekend.

This hotel was a great find for a relaxing getaway. The location was fabulous, with such a beautiful view across the countryside. The rooms were adequate and clean, with wonderful views. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fine, although it would have been better to have a wider selection of fruit juices on the menu.

Our stay at this motel was enjoyable. The room we stayed in had a comfortable double bed and a flat screen television, although we didn't use it. The en-suite bathroom was spacious and had a nice shower cubicle. We also appreciated the kettle in the entrance hall with plenty of tea and coffee. The views from the rear terrace were truly spectacular. Parking right outside the room was convenient, and there was additional parking available. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, and a well-cooked full English.

We got great value for our money and the room, although basic, was comfortable and had a lovely double shower. The location was beautiful with fantastic views over the Weald, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more options.

The breakfast and evening meals were really good, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The view from our room was amazing, with far-reaching views of the countryside. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we had a private entrance which was a nice touch. The village was very charming and full of historical interest, and there were plenty of footpaths leading off from the high street.

One small downside was that our room faced the garden, and although we had net curtains, it was a bit lacking in privacy as people sitting at the picnic tables could easily look into our room. It would have been nice to have a bit more privacy, especially when we wanted to open the patio doors.

The location in a pretty village surrounded by beautiful countryside added to the overall charm. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. And of course, the breakfast, which was served with a superb view, was a delightful start to our day.
