The room was super comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, with easy access to key attractions in the West End. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the staff assisting in the buffet were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a very old and destroyed mattress, causing back and shoulder pain. the cushions in the room, including the armchair, were in poor condition.

We were really surprised at the value for money for a single room in a great location close to the botanical gardens. The hotel itself is in a terrace house and is conveniently located next to a very famous Glasgow Botanical garden. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

Great location for exploring the west end, allowing early check-in. Lovely old town house, with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Comfortable bed resulted in oversleeping and missing breakfast. Conveniently located in the beautiful west end, with accommodating staff. Splendid and clean with helpful staff for a one-night stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a reasonable desk for me to work at. The hotel facilities were great, including a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area but still close to the local restaurants and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel was well connected to transportation, with a tube station only a short walk away. I found this hotel to be excellent in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and its location near the local restaurants and nightlife.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable rates and excellent value at The Belhaven. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Bal. The hotel's location in a quiet area, but still within a 5-minute walk to a metro station and bustling restaurant area, was perfect for exploring the city.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
