The room was super comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, with easy access to key attractions in the West End. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the staff assisting in the buffet were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable, with a very old and destroyed mattress, causing back and shoulder pain. the cushions in the room, including the armchair, were in poor condition.

We were really surprised at the value for money for a single room in a great location close to the botanical gardens. The hotel itself is in a terrace house and is conveniently located next to a very famous Glasgow Botanical garden. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable rates and excellent value at The Belhaven. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Bal. The hotel's location in a quiet area, but still within a 5-minute walk to a metro station and bustling restaurant area, was perfect for exploring the city.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a pleasant residential area, just across from the botanical garden. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the room and breakfast, which included exceptional black pudding. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent bathrooms.

Stayed at Belhaven for 8 nights in a budget double room. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially to a group of visiting ladies. Location is perfect in the West End, close to Botanic Gardens and Kelvin Walkway. Room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the delicious mixed berry waffle for breakfast.
