I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem called Bells - Luxury Serviced. This beautiful old building combines the charm of the past with modern amenities. the staff were incredibly helpful and even treated us to complimentary drinks. the apartment itself was stunning, with a perfect blend of old and new design elements. the attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the Sonos music player and Molton Brown bath soaps. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center and trendy bars and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Leeds. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing thorough instructions on how to use the amenities, such as the hot tub and Sonos sound system. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with a modern, American/New York style. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, and there are various entertainment options available, including Netflix on the TVs. The kitchen is well-equipped and even stocked with a selection of beverages.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of hooks outside near the hot tub to hang up robes and towels. some toiletries were missing in the bathroom and the shower ones were fixed to the wall.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the heart of the city centre and close to many attractions. Guests have also mentioned the beer garden next door, which is a convenient and enjoyable amenity. the apartments are well-designed and luxurious, providing a special treat for guests.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of communication and poor customer service. Guests have mentioned that they were not informed about safety issues and were ignored when they reached out with concerns.

I stayed in a spacious and well-decorated apartment with a great selection of food and drink options available. The location was ideal, being near the city centre and close to a fabulous pub. The host, Victoria, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment had a stunning roof terrace and even a hot tub. The showers were excellent and there were TVs with Netflix available. The kitchen was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a lack of privacy on the balcony area when using the hot tub, as there was no curtain or similar covering.

I visited The Bells for a surprise graduation celebration and the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Liberty Apartment was even more stunning in person than in the pictures, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and a private hot tub. The attention to detail and quirky touches throughout the apartment were mind-blowing. The staff's knowledge of the art and decor of the building added to the overall experience. I can't wait to return and explore more surprises.

I've stayed at The Bells a few times now and it's a great place for a relaxing stay in central Leeds. The apartments are spacious with beautiful decor and little bonuses like Molton Brown toiletries and complimentary chocolate and biscuits. The location is amazing, and I love the added perks of free Netflix and a 58-inch TV. The view outside the windows is also fantastic, making it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
