The staff were amazing! Friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. Phenomenal food with gigantic portions. The room was massive and well-equipped. Very clean with discreet dividers and hand gel. Dogs allowed in the bar.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location close to popular city attractions. the comfortable beds and clean linen were very inviting. the friendly hotel staff made us feel welcome and provided us with ample towels.

the noise from busy city streets disrupted our sleep, which was not ideal for our city trip.

The location of this inn is perfect if you want to explore the area around Hadrian's Wall. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure guests have a great experience. The rooms are clean and cozy, with beautiful views. The breakfasts are delicious, and the pub downstairs adds to the traditional atmosphere.

The pillows and bed might not be to everyone's liking.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

We couldn't resist eating at the inn for all three nights of our stay, as the food was that good. The packed lunch provided was a nice touch. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit options. The hotel also provided us with toiletries and ample supplies of tea and coffee in the room. We can't wait to come back and stay longer!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The locals in the bar were also very friendly and added to the great atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a good-sized room and bathroom that were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of options. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

As young holiday goers, we really enjoyed our stay at The Belted Will. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the bathroom had a large shower with plenty of toiletries provided. We appreciated the facecloths and excellent towels. The noise level was low, despite our concerns, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of options and locally sourced produce. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and nothing seemed too much trouble. we felt at home and relaxed throughout our stay.

One drawback was that the WiFi did not reach my room. However, since I was mostly looking to relax and unwind, it didn't bother me much.

We had a fantastic experience at the Inn! The warm hospitality and charming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The outside of the Inn was beautifully decorated with hanging baskets of flowers and we loved the covered seating area in the rear garden. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The dinner and breakfast served at the Inn were top-notch, delicious and plentiful. We were also grateful for the secure bike storage and the selection of beers available. we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this place for a refreshing and enjoyable experience.
