We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the Warner Brother Studios Tour. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.

Some overpriced drinks, such as a pint of syrup coke, were not listed on the menu, causing an unpleasant surprise for customers. Being in a room above a working pub led to disturbance from a beer delivery at early morning hours.

I had a wonderful stay at the Black Horse Fulmer Bed & Breakfast. The room I stayed in was lovely and the bathroom was fantastic, with a large bath and shower. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant in the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure trips.

The pub below the bedrooms offers convenience for guests to grab a drink or meal. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities like waterfall showers and roll top baths. The staff are professional and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Some housekeeping issues were reported, such as slow-draining hand basin and unemptied waste bins from previous occupants.

We stayed at a small hotel for a city trip and it had some good features. the room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and it had a working fireplace which was lovely with the colder evenings. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with some tips on where to go. the hotel was also located near a train station which made it easy to get around the area.

The breakfast we had was very disappointing. the eggs were overcooked and stale, and the bread was cheap supermarket white sliced.

I stayed at The Black Horse for four nights and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The room and bathroom were amazing, like something out of a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The daily cleaning was perfection and the food was superb. They even gave me a ride when I checked out. I can't wait to visit again soon!
