I recently stayed at a hotel near the beach and shops, and I must say, the location was perfect. It was so convenient being close to everything in such a nice part of Scarborough. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even allowed a late check-out. I had a great stay with beautiful views of the sea.

I did experience some noise from the pub on a Saturday night, which was a bit disruptive.

The bed was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable experience. We were pleased with the hotel facilities, including the availability of a hairdryer and ironing facilities. The location was excellent, with the hotel being close to the beach, near everything, and in the center of this city. Additionally, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

Tv was a letdown.

We had a fantastic stay at the Black Swan! The location was perfect with plenty of great eating places nearby. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we absolutely loved the large, comfortable double bed. Although there wasn't onsite parking, we found free parking just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fan and mini fridge provided in the room. a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

They provided excellent recommendations for parking and places to eat breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the South Bay and the shops. We even took a leisurely stroll to Peasholm Park and back along Marine Drive. our experience at the Black Swan was fantastic.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms at The Black Swan. The mini-fridge and tea-making facilities were a great bonus. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore both the South Bay and the nearby shops. We also enjoyed the nearby Peasholm Park and Marine Drive.

Great sized room with mini fridge and spotlessly clean. Staff gave excellent recommendations for parking and breakfast. Ideal location near South Bay, shops, and Peasholm Park. Comfy bed, modern room with Sky TV. Friendly and informative staff.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the noisy floorboards and the lack of blackout blinds, I had a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend The Black Swan for a great stay in Scarborough.

The family room exceeded expectations with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and even a mini fridge. Immaculate and well-equipped with towels, tea/coffee facilities, and Sky TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were even offered a late check out. Great location with shops nearby. The room was modern, clean, and had a comfy bed. a wonderful stay!
