The manager, Malcolm, gave great advice on places to visit, enhancing our trip. The hotel has a great view over the Loch. The restaurant serves delicious meals, including catering to special requests.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, I was allowed to check in early without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated as I needed some rest. the room I booked with breakfast exceeded my expectations - it was crystal clean and the breakfast itself was excellent. What impressed me the most was the teamwork among the staff. From the chef taking breakfast orders to bar staff helping at the front desk, everyone worked together seamlessly. the front desk also provided me with helpful suggestions for activities in the area.

The hotel also offers ample parking and has a lovely lounge bar with a wide range of affordably priced beverages.

The WiFi signal was occasionally poor and disconnected at times.

the staff were friendly and the room and bed were very comfortable. the hotel is centrally located, close to a co-op, fish and chip shop, and the Yell ferry at Toft. There is also a petrol station nearby. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Brae for a pleasant stay on the island.

They even gave us great advice on places to visit and things to look out for during our trip. The highlight of our stay was the amazing food at the hotel restaurant, cooked by a lovely and friendly lady. The evening meals and breakfast were made even more enjoyable by the exceptional service provided by the two professional young gentlemen. The view from the hotel overlooking the Loch was absolutely stunning. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
