The new receptionist from Romania was very nice and accommodating. There was a great selection of hot and cold breakfast options, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The double room and honeymoon suite we were given as an upgrade were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access from the A14. The interior of the hotel is neat and tidy, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are tea making facilities in the room.
