Great location, close to Scafell Pike. Amazing breakfast and friendly, attentive waitress. Hard working staff, despite being short-staffed. Locked out once but luckily a kind lady helped us. Comfy bed and clean room, with a large bathroom. Convenient for late arrival with a kept-open kitchen. No issues.

The evening meals from the specials board were also excellent. The parking space was ample and the one-way system in the hotel was convenient when encountering other guests with dogs.
